YOUTH RETREAT WAS AWESOME!
DAY ONE:
Icebreaker, icebreaker. Proud to say I was a HILDAN. The someone said he was from St. Joseph's but I thought he said St. Hilda's. So I was extremely excited. Yeah, but no. He was a JOSEPHIAN. Ewies. Sounds like AMPHIBIAN to me. Haha. :D :D Then the DUMANIANS sounded like DALMATIONS. :D :D We HILDANS have no insults so far. Only lame, unsuccessful ones. :D :D :D
Walked to and fro in East Coast Park. Went to a place near the Sailing Centre. And my group sneaked into the SC for the watercooler. :D :D We saw lots of sailing boats. Esther was like seeing illusions so she was like, referring to the sailing boats, "I see so many cheese! Hundreds and hundreds of cheeseee!" Ahahaha.
I never knew that in Singapore you can see so many stars. I've seen more in Canada but that night was like the most amount of stars I've ever seen in Singapore. Wowzers.
DAY TWO:
Went to Marine Parade for a Amazing Race thinggi. Went pass Laura's void deck like so many times. Had an impulse to shout her name. Gideon and Chanel were like flirting with each other, mostly about Tao Nan. I didn't really think that way but others did.
Did our bimbo skit with Prince Cess. :D Sarah, Chanel and I were the bimbos. I was supposed to say, "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I think I just broke my nail! Check it for me! Check it for me! Oh. My. Gosh. This is a major life crisis here." But we were all too nervous and awkward to say it.
The sec one girls recounciled and realized we weren't bonded. So we made a promise to never let someone be left out and to try to include others. Sarah and Olive say that we were already bonded.
DAY THREE:
Made commitments. I cried a few times.
Prize-giving! Group One was 4th. Seriously awesome. Though there were six groups in total.
Said our byes.
So it was fun.
Oh, and Cheryl said I was sleeptalking!!! I was saying, really loudly, "Terryin! Terryin! Terryin! Terryin! Terryin!" Then a short pause. "Wait. Okay. Bye."
EESH. Weirdest sleeptalk ever. I didn't even have a dream. I was constantly interrupted by the mosquitoes that woke me up like four times.
