S-O-C-C-E-R M-A-T-C-H!
At first I wasn't interested. But hey. My dad said that it would be the last match at the National Stadium. And since all you readers have been to a stadium (NDP), I decided to go in the end. With my brother, Bryan, and Christy. Maybe Christy and I should go with the P5s this year, eh? JK. If you know what JK is, that is.
When I walked up the stairs leading me to the stadium, I was like whoa.
KIDS WENT IN FOR FREE! But they have to show an ID card. So I had to show my seriously embarrassing picture of me. It's not even me in the first place. *SIGH* Why is Rosyth School like that? And why didn't they give me back my report book?!? Stupidly heart breaker Rosythians. :(
I'm listening to Colbie Caillat's song, 'Midnight Bottle', it's making me so sad. Now I'm listening to Gwen Stefani's 'U Started It'. It's so sad, too! :( Anyways...
When I walked inside the stadium, a few people were queuing up for foods and drinks. Or is it food and drinks? We didn't bother to buy stuff so we just walked up some stairs. The stairs lead to the STADIUM. As in THE stadium. The bright lights were so vivid. And 2/3 of the entire seats were filled up. Of course nobody would want to seat behind the goalies, right? Although, a few people did. But everybody was cheering so loudly when we entered. That's because Singapore won its first goal.
Sometime during the match, some people would try to do the wave. But since not all the seats were filled up, so it wasn't working. Oppisite me across the stadium, there was a group of people who were supporting the opponent team, Lebanon. I wanted Lebanon to score a goal.
During halftime, we went downstairs to find that the place was crowded. So we went back upstairs. I saw my teacher from Rosyth School. Her name is Mrs Yeo and she looks and reminds me of Mrs Wong. She taught me Music in P3.
Singapore got 2 goals in the first half. And 0 in the second half.
We left the stadium extremely tired.
Photo-taking is one thing that I don't want to regret after 10 years.
Which is why I was making sure I wasn't sweating.
The guys looked so wicked* placing their hands in their pockets.
When it was time for group photo. I took it with Natasha, Laura, Pei Si, Christabel, Christy and Wu Lao Shi. We were sitting down with our legs stretched and Wu Lao Shi squatting in between Natasha and Christy. Wu Lao Shi came in last minute.
I can't wait for the picture to be given out. I want to paste it in my Ikea magazine covered notebook! And let that notebook be an autograph book for my P6 class. :)
God bless you!
